MEME - News

The news should be out shortly on Reuters, Bloombergs and Business Wire this morning (hopefully within the hour). And - there should be another announcement out this morning also.

A MM called the company Pres.- David Loflin - yesterday 5 TIMES! looking for shares - the Pres. said NO WAY!! (call him if you don't believe me).

Don't forget this company only has approx. 500,000 shares in the float - 2 days ago traded 250,000 shares, yesterday - 180,000.

I think you are referring to see it on the business wires. I know that it has been submitted, the process takes time to be picked up by the wires, though I feel like it is way over due to hit at this time. I am sure it will be out some time today. The reason that MEME stock was so depressed was because of other news releases that didn't hit the wires, the Company informed me that this will not happen again.
