Well its a Constitutional crisis when a coup is enacted ( stolen election) so yes he should be reinstated. Oh and Fun Fact : Illegal regimes that criminally took over a govt dont follow Constitution's. Should be obvious at least to most thinking folks.

Well, you and I both know what he meant -- and it wasn't that the Constitution should be overturned. He meant that there is no provision in the Constitution that deals with election theft, and we should deal with that. Still, saying something should be done does not make a person a national security threat to the country. And in THIS country, we don't arrest and jail citizens for exercising their free speech rights. Even if it's Trump.
