That is a very dramatic graph….and very misleading.

Before 2021, women of child-bearing age got very few vaccinations. Children got almost all vaccinations. Obviously, vaccines cannot cause miscarriages, if they are given to children.

The data for 2021 and 2022, is for a totally different (and far larger) vaccinated population than before. Not comparable.
