With 3COM moving up over 35 in a market down day, one can only
assume that the news story of COMS receiving a sizeable chunk
of the 3-year ($500 million) build-out of the $1.2 billion
USA Global Link system, has moved this stock. The story broke
at 8:01 AM EST Tuesday and made the wires again yesterday at
at 2:01 PM EST. Looks like a go for COMS to 38-40.
