Daunt, I believe that in writing the term is libel. In my state a CPA that engages in libel runs the risk of losing his licence to practice. However, I guess that we will not be able to assess that until this business reaches a conclusion of some kind. Also, there have been implications that Asinsio has more to release. I think that even ZONA is expecting another shoe to fall, however the last two press releases were coincident with an increase in the stock price. Some of yesterday's posts looked to me like the thrashing of a drowning person. It would seem that ot some it is alright to engage in libel but it is not OK to refer to the subject in a jocular manner. Sam PS Do you think poodle is having trouble seeing his screen?

Jill also requested that I email her posts I find offensive rather than let it escalate into a flame war, which serves no purpose. I have reported everything I find offensive. You will not define what I find offensive. If you find it offensive, then you report it. Keep it up Dauntless, those with intelligence see your own lack of ethics and consistency every time you post.
