Trump was wrong. Building the Nordstream pipelines was good for EU. Trump was right that not building the pipeline was good for USA exports of LNG. Making an enemy of Russia was lunacy. Building the pipeline was a good thing. USA could export LNG to China, Vietnam, India etc. Stopping competitors is a common and often criminal way of getting business. As a salesman for USA LNG exports, it's understandable that Trump would talk down the idea of getting gas from Russia. But if he had some brains geopolitically, he'd have drawn Russia into Eurostan and NATO flat out, including pipelines, to have the free world border at the Great Wall of China instead of down the middle of Eurostan, where is it currently being drawn. World's biggest mistake [by geography anyway and maybe soon to be population reduction via atomic bombs and systems collapse]. The fact that China is supporting Russia should give a clue! China is getting heavily discounted oil and gas from Russia because Russia has no other choice since Eurostan is not buying. China is debilitating USA/UK/Eurostan via them blowing their money on fighting Russia - silly USA's plan was to weaken Russia, but in fact it's them being weakened along with EU. Russia is weakened too. Net result = huge gains for China. Dumb USA [senile Biden and corruptocrats in charge]. Real men do a better job and get the business at a lower price. Mqurice
