Computers, built and programmed by humans, do not improve on this systematic error. Every number from China, is filtered through the government propaganda machine. They have made mistakes in the past, that killed 10s of millions: Great Leap Forward, Cultural Revolution. But….in the 21st Century, China will be what the USA was in the 20th, and the British in the 19th. So they cannot be ignored.
