Larry,

You were there for the entire hearing and Tom was there for 5 minutes<Assuming the hearing lasted longer> And he heard about Olson and you did not? Well..."echo" heard about it. Maybe his account on here has become possesed "again".

Also, wouldnt you think, with those "great" sales from the Elvis CD that TMM could have come up with a mezzily<sp> $7500 to pay the court?
