Hi Tony, I tend to agree with your analysis, but I haven't seen any margin figures on the acquired companies (i.e. were they actually making money?). In any case, it will strengthen CBXC's European position. It amazes me that we can report a 40% boost in earnings and the stock remains unchanged on a "whopping" 8900 shares. We are in definite need of visibility! We should bring this company to the attention of the authors of the "Sizing Up Small Caps" column in Barrons. Cybex is just the kind of company they like to write about. Rhonda Brammer, one of the authors, has twice written about another underloved company of mine, EGLS, and it has been a nice boost both times. I wonder if she has an email address... Thom
