I sold the small BNGO position I had @ $ 3.125b. I would have sold when it dipped under $ 4.00 for a small loss but I was not in when it fell. The SC news is hanging over the stock, along with someone doing some systematic selling, I believe. If it falls to more pathetic levels, I may try getting in again. For now, I'm going to get out since I don't believe in riding a stock down too much.

BGNO: $ 3.25b $ 3.375a

Whatever happened to the conference call? We have been getting strung along here for weeks.

Maybe they should just write off the current VGM's and take what comes. If the ban doesn't happen, then fine. If it does, then at least the losses would be contained. I think it would be crazy to even think about expanding the SC VGM business in this climate. I keep hearing 'its a long way from here to there...', but these anti-VGM measures keep passing in SC, and I haven't seen real pro-VGM articles anywhere.

My fear is that BNGO is going to get so focused with VGM problems that nobody will be minding the store as far as bingo hall expansion goes. Then, when VGM does get banned (and until I see real proof that it won't I think it is more likely than not) we are left without an expanding bingo business.

They really need the conference call. I want to hear:

- We are continuing bingo hall expansion with these X halls.
- We are containing VGM exposure by not putting any more money into VGM's until the SC situation settles
- We have are our experts in charge of the SC mess. By this I mean that Wilson is handling the bingo hall expansion, and Harrison, et al are worrying about SC VGM.

Don't get target-fixated by this VGM mess - it could take down the whole ship. Take care of it, but put it in perspective.

I bet Wilson wishes he never hear of VGM's. Probably seemed like a good idea at the time. Kind of like buying BNGO at 9.

Hanging in there, but really bummed out,

George
