LARRY, JUST SOME CLARIFICATION FOR ALL US US LURKERS.. what did it mean when the judge says he will through the case out? also, what comments can you tell us about the public record brief filed concerning iti that echo mentioned? i assume its a public record open all to see at the courthouse? so allthat stands in the way of tmmi being out of court protection is a court house lawyer and 7500 dollars? appreciate your comments on the isi brief and also, i though ti read about the lawyer stating someone going to new york for financing?? any light on that issue?

Larry Understood...It truly is ashame that over the money and not being represented, that the company could just fold...I know there are other issues, but those were the ones discussed by the judge. The only think I could think that would make management so laxidasical is that there are alterior motives. ISI is going public...some shares to make it all go away? But that is a far off speculation...or is it? Sure would like to know if the demands of the judge will be met my our leaders. Perhaps they can speak and enlighten us all. David
