Unfortunately, I don’t think there will be an autopsy with the proper tests because it would kill the vaccine program worldwide. There will be tremendous pressure NOT to definitively know what killed her.
Hopefully they’ll do a autopsy. There isn’t really much to say. 44 year old people - and people of all ages - sometimes die for no obvious reason - and always have. The same is true, unfortunately, about children developing autism. Is the princess’s death - and the child’s autism - related to them presumably having been vaccinated? I don’t have the slightest idea.

Edit - in my view, children should not be vaccinated against CoViD. And the princess looks like a healthy, robust youngish woman. Probably didn’t have need for vaccination either.

Btw, living in Florida, I’m sometimes surprised by the crazy stuff still taking place in other states. According to Tucker Carlson, in California there is a totally weird push to claim that the unwaxxed are unsafe drivers. They even produced a crazy study that doesn’t make any sense.
