First, leave poor Frank alone, he's a techie and not on the management team. However; to answer your question, the "Quiet Period" commonly known as "The Time to Destroy Market Cap" is a function of the Secondary Offering. You tell me, if, or when, it goes forward and I'll tell you when the "Quiet Period" ends. If they withdraw the f__king thing and disavow the reverse split - we actually have a chance to make some money!
