I was wondering if the deal would close soon after the vote? I guess so. This one is probably small enough that it doesn't require Chinese regulatory approval. That approval is causing the delay in SIMO's sale to MXL, and also causing a delay in INTC's acquisition of TSEM. There has also been no mention of the US Hart Scott Rodino waiting period. Maybe OIIM is just too small and doesn't require these government approvals? Owning OIIM since Q2 last year has been a bonanza as most everything else has tanked since then.
