Oh, dear. This is what a horse race is Mohan. One guy holds the head and the other guy holds the tail and they both pull. I certainly would like to be making the money Charlie Clough is making for saying these things. Well, hell it's all in the timing you know. For myself I have been posting negative things about deflation. Just ten minutes ago I read in today's NY Times about Korea that they are rolling over $9 billion because small business can't pay the short term notes. All we need is the new Gulf War, the murder of Chinese merchants in Imndonesia leading to a 1965 style situation (believe me the Chinese army will be in Jakarta to stop this...because they won't let 500,000 of their people die... not thistime), Japan melt down, Korea melt down, US stock market decline... the price of wool to rise precipitously... any of these things can take down Asia.
