Hi, I was under the impression that we would have an outcome by the end of Feb. but there is always a chance of yet another continuance. In my opinion, it is clear that this is a nuisance suit brought by Mentor, in order to do everything in their power to slow MSON's growth into the market. Mentor's competing product is not even out yet and they are suffering serious market share loss as MSON pushes ahead. Lawsuits are just another business tactic to slow down a company's advance into the marketplace.....not only is it a headache, but it causes doubts in the marketplace for both Users of the products (will MSON be there to support me, or will mentor put them out of business?) and shareholders. In addition a declining share price makes it harder to borrow and raise cash to expand operations. Some would say "dirty pool" but nonetheless a legal and often used practice in American business.....best of luck to you...MSON will survive and thrive in the near future, IMHO.......;^)
