There are no "facts" as you put it. A fact can not be a maybe. All the writer says is "might (fill in the blank)". Insert into the blank space what ever you want, positive or negative. No facts, just editorializing. How about "it may or may not be true but if it is", I can say that about anything. All leading statements, all intended to arificially influence a market for a purpose, just ask youself why.
