In reply to your private E Mail - YES there was a lock out at the Austin facility on Wed. Feb. 11. According to Geo Smith, as told to a fellow shareholder at 1PM EST today - the landlord failed to pay a bill to a subcontractor who worked on the HVAC system and he obtained a lien on the building. All the tenants were locked out for 2 hours. The lock out had nothing to do with IMS and there is nothing to be drawn from the event about IMS.
