No, closing of the bar is what matters. This is how it works when HSI the middle indicator goes out of oversold 11.4 on the indicator, the arrow fires. That bar has to close with the arrow still on it. If it doesn't then it goes to the next bar until the the arrow stays on until the bar closes.

Then you have a level for the check back, the bottom of the HSI bar. That is the entry.
