Thanks for the response. Read back. I thought that BROD could take out MPRS not at $7.50 a share but rather $4-5 per share (or like you suggest about $140 million at yesterday's price. Risky though. Now with BROD's stock up, the deal wouldn't take 7 million shares...a good thing for BROD shareholders.

Anyhow, I wish you lots of luck with MPRS. I think they've got some good games coming out. Let's see how BROD handles the lack of titles.
I don't think there's going to be anybody to take over BROD...maybe Cendant but I doubt it. ERTS is probably smarting too much from the last time. The jump today was pretty clear on the charts. A nice base formed around $20, a bounce was due (as I read it yesterday).
Tech stocks will be weak in the next couple of weeks and I think BROD will come back down. But I don't begrudge them any move up. It just means a move for ATVI or MPRS is coming too.
