Pretty Problems
Pretty fun. Dark comedy/drama. It's fun to spy on some very fucked up people having a very fucked up weekend. You will NOT be jealous :-) It's more like, "Thank God I don't have any friends that fucked up."

A schadenfreude movie- or an epicaricacy movie, if you prefer the English word- which no one knows :-)

Fortunately, Craig has a good body of work outside the Bond films worth watching. "Munich" is a powerful ensemble cast that fits him well. "Defiance" gives you Craig and Leiv Schreiber. "Layer Cake" is a decent UK mobster flick.

I just put "The Trench," "Archangel," and "Our Friends in the North" in my queue based on his credits list.

While Bond is reprehensible in general, Craig played him differently than his predecessors, which I appreciated. No one in the franchise ever admitted before that the 00s were chosen from broken, messed up loners that the service molded into killers. He lived that under the shine of the tuxedos. His demise in the last film was deserved and appropriate.
