Ron,

Why would you think that the traders would be buying on the old news of a stock split? Considering the the amount of inside shares held, I think that the split was a foregone conclusion when it was announced. I think it's just rumors of a distribution deal, which, IMO, won't come for a little longer yet.

I doubt that yesterday's run had much to do with the split. The info on the split has been known for a couple of months now. The only thing remaining is a very very likely approval by the shareholders.

I think something else was at work yesterday. Maybe Skip has a better idea.
