Hi J P: This is good information, but... IYO, "what" would make you
think they're going to cover? I'm long ORCL and I've made money
(paper), but a) this threads been very quiet since the downward
slide on Monday (attributing a lot to consolidation, etc. ... but
I'm not so sure about that). Down yesterday, now today, etc. I posed
a statement and a question the other day. The statement was that
both Lane "and" Ellison "hedged" their comments on the 25% jump this
next Q, and the question was did anyone else think the 3+ point spike
last Friday was a reaction to the conf. at Goldmans and more "hype"
than substance. Again, I'm long, but pragmatic. So what leads you to
believe that the shorts are going to start "scrambling"? TIA.
Regards,..Joe<flat sales for next 2 Q's ain't gonna cut it for them>

Where do you get your information on shorts. I would like to know how to look up the percentage or number of shorts on any particular stock. Please help. Thanks.
