RB, thanks for the wishes. Do you think D. has a clue yet? Doesn't he realize how foolish the continuing charade is? Oh we know the friends he holds near and dear, and the stock. I hope he holds tight to take that slide. It will be equally fitting to miss the ride of a lifetime, while involved in the slide of a lifetime. Its a true shame that with the way this will end is with an unstable person completely ravaged by a reversal of fortune. As Bob Dylan would say, Blame it on that Simple Twist of Fate Should make a nice plaque for the rubber room....
