Yes, high volume. Number 3 on NAZ active list:

I attribute it to the major money of the USA Global Link story.
It takes several days for institutions to establish positions
in a stock after hard news. There is no major break out in
the COMS chart. We would have to go above the 200-day MA which
is currently at about 42. A year from now this price will look
low.

Zacks changed rating on COMS from 5 to 3 this week.
i.e. from strong sell to hold.

I remember ZACKS changing COMS rating from 3 to 5 just before
invetory problem was reported.
