Yiwu: I am sorry for your setback. I am in the same boat with APM. QNTM at least has recovered back to these levels. APM is up an eighth point. I disagree that this company is a dog (APM is though). Of the DD companies, WDC and QNTM are my favorites. SEG and the DD component manuf. (incl APM) are dogs. QNTM remains my most favorite because of DLT.

This latest drop in DD stocks taught me not to be a long-term investor in any PC component supplier. Most of them were killed, CPQ and DELL had a softer landing.

You are correct about institutional holdings. I look for only a moderate holding. When the big money comes in, the biggest moves are mostly behind it. They pull the rug out quickly too.

Remember, you bought the stock at that price because of its positive future. IMO, that future is still there. Probably only a few quarters further out though (if the PC business will hold up).
