That’s some numbers.
I’m just going for 10% return at this point (happy with it). After all the pundits pointed out the old 72 rule (6 years). Divide interest by 72 and that’s how long it takes you to double your money.

I was thinking about safety and thought about bonds , but I think this might be a major buying opportunity if as everyone expects we crater 20% or so in the 1st quarter due to earnings. I’m ready to go all in.

I dont agree. I think my reits are very much underpriced. I dont see how a rational investor would not want to own starwood with a better than 10% distribution in their roth ira-s.
