To your first question. My answer is that I don't know if it is true. I only reported the extract of the article. THe guy is the expert not me. To your second question, I answer yes. To your third question, I answer that based on my personal experiences, the earth has been warming in all places where I lived since I was a kid and more significantly in the last 20 years, despite the fact that I moved further to the North. And during those 72 years I lived in Quebec. I am aware that there were a few years when it was cooler very likely because of the recent solar cycles. Have a great new year and great trades in 2023
