I just talked to Steve.
The news is really designed to clarify the last news release.
He expected it to be out eary next week. Maybe sooner.
The number of shares outstanding is 120 mil.
Still not sure about the float.
He still says 70 - 80 mil.
I am mentioning this is because others
have posted different figures.
