Yes, you read it wrongly, no problem, it's easy to do...

There's already abundant proof that the earth would rapidly return to normal if humans disappeared...

In fact, the earth is already trying to return to normal while we do everything to prevent it...

For the best example, look at how much gardening, trimming, mowing, and so on we have to do in order to keep the garden "in line," without our constant efforts the foliage would very quickly take over and grow over the roads and streets, weeds would grow in the cracks of our buildings as the structure expands and contracts with the seasonal weather...

Look at any of those abandoned towns, the foliage immediately grows over and buries everything man made...

There is so much abundant evidence that the planet would very quickly and easily take over and within 20 years all the roads and streets and so on would be covered with heavy foliage...
