TIK,

I thought Joe Murphy answered you questions in his post to you. Please keep in mind that AGE will not necessarily be taking in shares every minute of every trading day. They don't want to telegraph their intentions. Also, as has been stated on this thread on several occasions, AGE can not buy shares at the ask. They can only sit at the bid and receive those shares. If we have a slow day and only 10000 shares are sold then AGE can only buy 10000 shares. So its quite possible that with just 39000 shares traded AGE could have taken in those shares. Tom, I am doing my best to keep this simple.

Best Regards

Dear Tik:
You brought up a very good point which is what I asked upon my return from Fla. AGE fell asleep at the switch because the two people handling the buyback were not in the office that day.Needless to say that didn't go over big with me.I think they have corrected that situation. One last thing let me assure you we are buying however see
Lou truex's statement s with respect to buying. We can't buy to expressly drive the stock up,those are the rules.
