To all, It has always been my understanding that these sort of problems are inherent to the industry. If the suitor prevails (which is not yet the case with Ulgx) it is usually in everyone's best interest to strike a deal. ARDEE

This ILGX "disater" is getting worse. They announce a slowdown, stock is now downgraded. HOWEVER, ULGX does not talk about the most important thing of all ... the very real possibility that, as the court has found, they violated their license of the patent and they, therefore are "Up the creek". Say it ain't so, ULGX, I challenge you. I should have not only sold at a loss (got out around 16) but shorted at the same time.
