Viper, why don't you just do your own DD? The SC ruled that Inversora Mael owned LC 4&6 on May 8,1991. The ruling was ratified in a subsequent SC Ruling on October 16,1996. The SC ordered the publication of KRY's title on April 17, 1997. This was so published in the official government publication i.e.'gazetted' as legal formality in Inversora Mael's name. PDG sought to register LC4&6 title ownership at the land titles office in the Bolivia State Roscio Registrar on August 2, 1997 - THEY WERE DENIED! This are the Facts. You are the one that brought up lawyers and opinions. The only opinion that matters is that of the SC court - and they have NEVER ruled in favor of PDG...Thank you.
