PA, Good post and I for one agree with the opinions you expressed. The markets are not always fair to BB stocks with respect to valuation and that certainly is the case with DCTC IMO. Some food for thought I wanted to add concerning the significance of the buyback that I think might be getting overlooked by some..The fact that DCI is willing to buyback it's own shares says a few things to me:

1. First, it strikes me as being very significant that the company believes in it's future and of the likely future price of it's stock enough to use corporate cash to repurchase it's own stock from both the public and private markets. While some of us spend quite a bit of time with DD, there are none of us with the amount of information available to us the company has..and they are buying. Joe has shown us he is very good at buying undervalued companies and reselling them at multiples later on. I can't speak for Joe, but I really don't think with the company being the most educated "buyer" of all would be buying it's own stock if it wasn't convinced that this would be a profitable venture and this does help me sleep at night. (G) How many CEO's come on the BB and tell it's shareholders that if they don't want their stock, to give the co. a call and they will take em?

2. The fact that such a large amount (5 million $) has been committed to the buyback, speaks of the financial condition of the company. While many other BB companies are struggling to make ends meet, this one is willing to commit enough $$ to buyback over 25% of it's float, pretty amazing.

3. The fact that the company has this large buyback in place as well as the recently announced dividend is further proof to me that management is committed to increasing shareholder value. To those of us that have been invested in companies that have no interest in shareholder value and just turn on the printing presses when they want to bring in cash regardless of what it does to the share price, DCI's consistent support of it's shareholders is refreshing to say the least.
