I don't think Friedberg was Sams personal lawyer, he represented FTX and Alameda as the Chief Regulatory Officer. My view is that he failed in that capacity. FTX’s regulatory chief had 4 job titles in 2 years. What was he really doing? (nbcnews.com) I saw the Forester stuff on John McCain, I think some of it is maybe unprovable or untrue. It was an horrific accident though, really bad with rockets and 1000 pound bombs blowing up on the deck. I will dig it up.
