In an analyst report out this morning from Alex Brown it states that Sanan's interest is 49% (12 million shares). He is planning to reduce his position in the company by 1% per quarter.

BTW, Alex Brown raised estimates for FY1998 to $0.85 from $0.70 and for FY1999 to $1.15 from $0.95 and believe their estimates to be conservative.

Also, NationsBanc Montgomery raised their 1998 estimates to $0.88, up from $0.70 previously, and established an estimate for 1999 of $1.22.

I have Sanan's shares written somewhere but I can not put my hand on it. All I remember is that it is millions of shares.
