<<PNDA is a convertible>>

Yes PNDA is a discount convertible, but more importantly PNDA is a company with a history of burn cash, sell nothing and raise more money for further development with sales pending. Translation: burn cash, hype investors, dilute shares, sell very little, repeat cycle. PNDA is a short on fundamentals alone. The recent "no detail" convertible is cream on a delicious strawberry SHORT cake.

OK Roger, I just shorted COMS at 35 5/16. It is up on pretty strong volume today so I have no idea when it will stop rallying.

I usually short COMS 2 or 3 times before I'm done, but if it closes above 36 it will be bullish for the stock, and I might hold off.

Of course I think the company is still in lots of trouble and is going to revisit the 20's but right now the market has it's rose colored glasses on.

Roger, I have been reading your thread religiously for the past year and I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to profit from your knowledge and from the knowledge of the other gurus (McNabb Brothers, Wexler, Timoteo, Jumper ...)

Last Wednesday I have initiated a short position in CTXS @70 15/16. Happy of today's drop. However I would like to know what you expect short term. Also, I'm wondering if CTXS is trying to manipulate its stock price... first the stock split, then that strange news release on Thursday afternoon simply to remind us that they still have a "solid alliance with Microsoft" ???

from one of your disciples :)

Phil

P.S. Only short CTXS, AVNT and ZONA for the moment, planning to add to my ZONA short and start a new position in LAMR and SEBL if it goes above 50. Long BROC...of course!
