Let me take a cynical view here. Either you are "too big to be held liable" or you are not. For example: "My client Mr. Big is inundated on a daily basis with requests for the use of his likeness. He shows up, reads his lines, and gets paid. That should be no surprise to anyone. Blah blah." And, of course, there's the usual argument how they have a staff that advises them, does stuff for them, etc. so nothing can ever be their fault. - Jeff
