Roger, you wrote:discussion shows that some people (me in this case) will perceive FTEL's 'story' as being confused.
This along with your other statements are exactly what some here would like to convey, however as while you may be "confused" make no mistake someone is quietly gobbling up shares....

So ask yourself why? then try giving the company a call.

Roger, I disagree about canceling the E-commerce package. Because we developed a system that could potentially return a nice stream of revenue. Remember one thing about FNET it is a total package to provide Telecommunications solutions. Whether hosting web sites, being an ISP, Satelitte links etc up to and including being a NextGen Telecom, not just a Telco. With that being said the technology is developed and it is moth balled until we have FNET up and running on all cylinders. I believe that the Institutuional investors will be Drawn to the fact that regardless of which way this industry turns FNET is poised to take advantage of it. Have you visited the NetWaves site? The diversity is something that was always appealing to me.

The comparison I like to think of is a large river delta. You have the primary source(IT) and many tributaries running from this source. When the primary stream begins to obtain high water levels, the other tributaries, also feed from this and become swollen. If you do not have these tributaries ready, guess what, you lose that to other rivers' tributaries that are ready for that spillover. With those in place; however you can handle it all! FNET has many tributaries that will not be fed, until we establish our presence in the marketplace, but when we do, we will have the Mighty Missisip'.

I make a motion that the next SHM be held in New Orleans!<GG>

I hope that helps.
