I also started to Buy back INTC after selling 30% shares 33 days ago. Missed getting it sooner but still below my selling price. So got rid of a lot of my high cost shares. Also like that 5% dividend.

I like the INTC story long term. Only they, TSM and Samsung really have the cashflow to build the next generation of fabs. I am leaving out MU as they are strictly focused on memory which is more of a commodity business with boom bust cycles while the other companies can be innovation driven.

INTC did not have a booth at CES. They are definitely watching their dollars as before the pandemic they had a huge booth showing off gaming and AR design wins. Mobileye did have a large booth though there was not the crowd of people you would have expected. The area is more competitive than a fewer years ago with quite a few Asian competitors.

Interesting MSFT had large booths in the gaming sector and the automotive sector (their big data cloud tracking and potential autonomous car by third parties (?) on display). They definitely want to be an aggressive player.

NVDA did not have booth though the CEO gave a keynote during the press days. It looks like they are sensitive about marketing dollars also. Same with AMD, a keynote but no booth.

I have never been but I also got the sense there were no lavious parties as before the pre-pandemic years.

There were a few staged sighting like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Paris Hilton but I got the sense they did no create as much of a splash as in previous years.
