Is there a law suit, the year statute of limitations Alice talked about is already up. Let's have you confirm that please. Just like Marty confirmed the one against you. The part of the post you left out was this which I thought was interesting. Of course the poster is just relating what he was told on the phone. <<This is what I was told during a recent telephone conversation with Tridon. Exactly who is this lady and what sort of help does she have? I don't know. But this is the same person who is responsible for bringing the price of the stock up to $1.00 earlier this year. Shortly after doing this she called up Tridon and demanded promotion fees or she would drive the stock to one cent. She was immediately reported to the SEC by Tridon for this act of extortion. Roumor has it that she did the very same thing to another BB company last year and made good on her threat. Tridon has hired a former prosecuror out of San Fransisco to investigate and persuade the SEC to file charges. >>
