Russia is no real threat to the USA, they cannot even knock out their tiny neighbour to the south. I recall a former Canadian leader standing up and saying "not one drop of water to the Americans". I remember at the time thinking what a first class idiot, negotiate a good price and flood the USA with our water. If the USA runs out of water they won't be interested in negotiating a high price they will just take it. You won't even have to invade, just send Trudeau a text and let him board a flight to Cuba.
