No, but I saw that in the 10Q. Yes, it does make me uneasy, but the legal basis of AT&T's case looked (to me, a non-lawyer) somewhat shaky, in that FTEL had no contract with AT&T, and I don't think 'you should have known there was something fishy about flat rate 800 number service' is much of a basis for claiming $7M. As the other company is bust though, AT&T don't have too many choices about who to sue.

By the way, though I, at least, am very open to hear what you or anyone else has to say, do you have an particular interests in relation to FTEL that you feel merit disclosing ? Just wondering - it can help to clear the air in some of these rather heated discussions.
