Hi HO Hi HO, its off to Calif. we go!!! Lets think clearly...1. all company bigshots show up for a NOTHING hearing!!! 2.ISI, a company that sells stock only in NORWAY? 3. ISI has something that looks/sounds like something TMM has/had/dreamed about?? 4.TMM not prepared in court is/was a part of the grand scheme???5. Perhaps not paying the attorney also part of the grand plan?? Perhaps not paying each other may be because all those working are company officials or officers?????? otherwise by law....employees MUST be paid.....therefore it follows...revenues must be coming from some where???? OR there is a BIGGER AGENDA than meets the EYES of us stockholders?????and just perhaps, after the company FOLDS everyone that knows what the agenda really IS,,,,,,will start life over again in NORWAY???????????perhaps???????? Is this JUDGE a Federal or municipal Judge???? if local when is he up for re-election???? I told all you California noise makers and El Nino dodgers that you should have been in court....maybe the judge would have thought someone really cares........ Its not to late THINK!!!!!!!!

Larry, what all must understand is that yesterday's court appearance is what is called a "status conference." Judges hold them periodically to discover what progress is being made on a case. Generally the only decisions made at status conferences is to say who's going to do what and by when. IOW the judge's goal is to move the case to closure. Frankly, I would have been mad too if yesterday's cast of characters came into my courtroom with no answers to long-standing issues, especially given the heavy caseload that bankruptcy judges have. There's one place that tmmi's cast of characters can't play games, and that's in the courtroom. They will either do what the judge says or the judge will do what HE says. It's not poker and the judge isn't bluffing.
