Rubber Man: You could, if you are willing to accept the legal implications, sanctions, & pitfalls; so, one may, if he feels strongly about his ideas and/or products. Regarding the method of disseminating information: Not conforming has its own advantage. In many situations, such as this, a surgical response to the environment &/or pollution is more effective than a general broadcast that is not needed. Clearly, a localized argument demands a localized response. Appreciating the difference is the rub. Regards, ManX
