Lee, its very simple actually, I believe my desire will be inevitably
fullfilled-I finally believe that a decision will be this month.
Remember, I have not been erroneously posting a decision process to
have taken place months ago, as have many others. I believe the
shorts only have several weeks to add to their position, this time
span is on their side, and needn't be shortened.
