>>can anyone bring us up to date on how those options have been repriced?

I may have some items incorrect, but here goes. Options were repriced to the price at the close of business a/o Jan 9 (just over $5). People could choose which ones were repriced (they did not have to reprice any that were below the price (in contrast to the last time they did it). Those options that were repriced cannot be exercised for a year from the reprice date (if they were otherwise vested).

Mike Saranga apparently was the only officer who had any repriced, and he took a 20% penalty (had to turn back in 20% of those options) to get them repriced. The last point is documented in the IFMX S-1 on Edger (the SEC web site) for early Jan.
