It is always amazing how sentiments work! When SUNW goes to the high $40's everyone starts talking about it going to the $50's, $60's, etc. And when it comes down to the low $40's, everyone starts talking about it going to the $30's and even maybe $20's. And with every new low (or high) set, the new limits in the upward (or downward) are revised!

Indeed very interesting!

Addi Jamshidi

What are you guys saying?

Message 3381526

I got "called stupid" for saying I would buy if it got down to 36-38 range. And this was just on Monday. On Jan 30, I also said that this wasn't going to be the last "scary story" we would hear about Sun. I am not saying that it will go into 30s, but it wouldn't surprise me at all. If it does, I'll consider buying, if not, I'll enjoy my long position.

Not that I can predict these things or anything, but I have owned Sun for years and traded a few times on dips and I don't know wether to get annoyed by these analysts, or enjoy the profit they give me. I thought Sun had been up front all along about SEA exposure, and proved that last quarter, but I hear it coming up again. With Sun, it seems best to get out when everything looks great, and get back in again when WinTel is taking over the world<G>.

Sun is the Rodney Dangerfield of stocks in my portfolio.
