Odd that you would consider someone who is (or at least is claimed by your source to be, but I have no reason to think that as false since C14 was a neo-nazi group) a neo-Nazi to be a reliable source.

Also C14 (Also known as S14) disbanded in 2020, so I guess its more like "former leader of C14" or perhaps "leader of a successor group to C14").

Whatever the his status as a group leader, or whatever ideology he's pushing he's full of it on this one (which isn't surprising for an apparent fascist, even neo-nazi, group leader). The war was started by Russia in 2014. Then the February 2022 escalation was Russian units rolling in to Ukraine, not Ukrainian units rolling in to Russia (or even in to Ukrainian territory that's occupied by Russia).

I've only been able to get the first half of the video to play through the embed. Tried to go directly to the tween and you need an account to view it. Tried nitter.net (you replace twitter.com in the url with either nitter.net or nitter.it and you get around the "age restricted content" problem) and I get "tweet not found". He was talking about pretty wild ideas, one "if we gain power" (his group is never going to gain power in Ukraine) and "Russia broken in to 5 Russias" (not utterly impossible but near impossible in the short term, and extremely unlikely in the medium term, in the very very long term any country can break up, but Russia was not moving in that direction nor was Ukraine or anyone else trying to push them there). All in all a pretty useless source.

Yevhen Karas of the SBU-linked Ukrainian neo-Nazi group (currently a military unit) C14 says nuclear war is good for Ukraine. He also says radiation could spur human evolution in a positive way.
