Reits - CUZ came up on my value screen. Lower dividend around 5% but some nice properties. Have spec position in LXP as they did get a buy out earlier last year and well below that proposed price.

BGS another great dividend payer (6%) and I think it bottomed at/near $11.

I think the concern for OHI was that the federal government would cut subsidies for the care of the elderly. That would affect the long term viability of the long term care facilities. Combine with the bad news stories during the pandemic of the mal-treatment of seniors I think that short term soured people on the company.

I have them for a brief trade but decided I did not like the story. The growth model is supposed to be an aging population but the elder care industry has taken some hits over the years.

Current P/E is about 16. Forward P/E is 17.6. It looks like there is a modest contract on the earning side next year predicted.
